8:30 am
The meeting starts with one of the men reading our principles and guidelines, followed by any announcements (news, victories, setbacks, celebrations, etc.).

8:45 am
A member presents a short talk to the group. It can be on anything so long as it relates to how he's doing or his own growth-work. Topics have included job struggles, relationship issues, family matters, and adjusting to retirement (more samples here). The speaker speaks without interruption from the other men. Some men use notes; some from a written script; or some speak off the cuff.  When done, the men may share any thoughts or questions they have. Check out a sample talk.
9:00 am
The full group counts-off into smaller groups where each person is encouraged to go deeper into their growth work. The purpose of the small group is to share, listen, and encourage without judgment.

10:00 am
The meeting formally ends with the serenity prayer.

"After Party"
It is not unusual for some of the men to congregate at a nearby restaurant.
