What we doEveryone ages but not everyone grows. Growth is a conscious decision that requires a time, a place, and support. Our group provides all that so we might continue the growth in ourselves, in our families, and in our communities.

Why it's importantEach day others define us as workers, consumers, spouses, etc. Consider the flight attendant's cautionary to, "put on your own mask before assisting others". We're of little use to others until we take care of ourselves.
